
Tigerlily Recruitment was born in Manchester in 2026 out of a frustration most people in our industry know well — recruitment that prioritises volume over value, and process over people. Agencies that flood your inbox with unsuitable CVs. Candidates left chasing calls that never come. A system that too often feels transactional, impersonal, and ultimately unsuccessful for everyone involved.
We decided to do things differently.
From day one, we built Tigerlily around a set of values we refused to compromise on. Honesty. Integrity. Inclusion. A genuine commitment to getting it right, not just getting it done. We're not here to hit targets at the expense of quality. We're here to make placements that last, build relationships that endure, and create real, positive change in the way recruitment works.
We focus exclusively on permanent placements across call centres, sales, and customer service — sectors we know inside out, from both sides of the desk. That focus isn't a limitation.
